After winning a competition TESTEL ENGINEERING started effective work on the implementation of the "Black Sea" project, in the "Electrical" and "Instrumentation" parts. The project was developed by LUDAN Engineering Co, Romania and is managed by the same Company. The investor is Solvay Sodi AD, Devnya. The essence of the project: Building a new plant for the production of Soda bi-carbonate. The electrical project, in addition to the building and technological electrical installations, also includes the construction of a new substation 6/0.4 kV to power the site.
