This is the main activity of the Company. The Production base TESTEL, with more than 650m2 of production and storage areas, and the human resources at its disposal, allow the execution of customer orders for assembling:
TESTEL ENGINEERING Company is certified by Schneider Electric for assembly of pre-tested boards Prisma P system, for power distribution up to 4000A.
The devices used in assembly are from the Schneider Electric brand.
The boards are assembled in Universal floor standing, wall mounted or associating enclosures of Schneider Electric and Rittal, fully compliant with European standards for cabinets and boxes. Standard solutions for inputs, busbars and distribution systems are used. At the customer's request, devices from Siemens, Schrack Technik or others, are used in the Universal enclosures.
Materials and consumables from Schneider Electric, Weidmuller, Phoenix Contact and other leading brands are used for wiring, marking, tracing and termination, with suitable mechanical and dielectric characteristics and guaranteed quality.
The object of increased attention and control is the quality of installation work and the functionality of the finished product. Manufacturers' prescriptions for installation and connection of appliances and devices are a major benchmark.
All products are subjected to control tests according to the standard and are registered with a unique serial number. For each product a Report on the results of the final tests and a Declaration for compliance with the requirements of the standard IEC 61439 shall be drawn up.
