TESTEL ENGINEERING Ltd. is a wholly-owned company established in 1998.
Beginning of our partnership with Schneider Electric as a reseller of electrical equipment from the brand. The focus is on supplies to industrial plants and to contractors from the construction segment.
First engineering solutions. With companies and specialists from the USA, Italy, UK and Russia, TESTEL delivered a broad-spectrum project for partial modernization of ships of the Bulgarian Navy.
Established an in-house team of engineers for construction and installation of equipment on sites. The first major electrical projects on the sites of large industrial enterprises in Varna region are delivered. The company positions itself on the market as a reliable and loyal partner with a highly-qualified workforce.
Set up of own plant and a new unit of professionally trained staff for assembling low voltage electrical panels. The team is certified by Schneider Electric for the assembly of pre-tested electrical panels Prisma P system. Start of a new partnership with Rittal.
Growth and development of the Company’s own facilities. Set up of-operational and financial, commercial, engineering, production and logistics units . TESTEL Production and Logistics plant is built. First certification for Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001: 2000 . Intensified growth and entering new markets.
The Company enters European markets in partnership with companies from Belgium. Together, TESTEL ENGINEERING participates with engineering specialists and electricians in the implementation of infrastructure projects in the province of Mons, Belgium, as well as on new sites in Bulgaria. Next level partnership has been established with Schneider Electric and Rittal for cooperation in the field of electricity distribution and industrial control. Assembling of electrical panels and switchgear becomes certified activity. The first framework agreement is signed with Solvay Sodi to assemble low-voltage electrical panels for their needs. An integrated ERP / MRP business management system for SMEs is implemented, as well as an Integrated Quality Management System and Healthy Working Conditions, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008, OHSAS 18001: 2007.
The Company wholly acquires its Production & Logistics site TESTEL. Significant investments are made to upgrade the facilities , infrastructure and working conditions. The scope of transnational business is expanding. Orders from European partners for the manufacture and supply of electrical equipment for sites in South America, North and West Africa and the Middle East are being fulfilled.
TESTEL ENGINEERING is registered as a permanent member of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria. The Company is approved and certified for the construction of second-category sites of the country's energy infrastructure. Quality and safety work standards receive upgraded certification. Our cooperation with industrial enterprises and partners overseas continues to develop.
The Company continues its successful development against backdrop of global pandemic and economic pressures by readjusting its working methods, so it remains adequate to the changing environment.
