The thermal power plant is part of the Solvay group and satisfies with electricity and steam over 90% of the needs of soda production. It also participates in the energy market in our country.
There are dozens of our projects on the sites of the plant. Among the most memorable are:
- Reconstruction of 6kV Substation. Dismantling of existing equipment. Installation of new distribution switchgear 6 and 0.4 kV. Installation of new power transformers. Commissioning.
- Investment project "Construction of a new electrostatic precipitator" / EF6 /. Implementation of separate parts of the project, related to the construction of electrical installations for power supply and control of EF6. Installation of electrical equipment and commissioning.
- Coal Supply Investment Project. A complete reconstruction of the electrical equipment and automation of the process has been carried out. A new substation for power supply and PLC process control has been built.
- Modernization in functional segments "Fuel Oil Storage", "Own Needs" and "Excavator Station". Projects for replacement of the control of pumps, actuators, instrumentation equipment have been implemented. Manufacture and supply of equipment, construction of cable routes, cabling. Commissioning of the facilities.
- Reconstruction of the electrical systems of the Turbogenerators TG-5, TG-7 and TG-8. Production and installation of control panels. Installation and binding of electrical and instrumentation equipment. Wiring. Commissioning works.
