Solvay is a world leader in the production of soda and its derivatives. For more than twenty years we have been present all year round in the production units and on the work sites on the territory of this factory in Bulgaria. We have implemented dozens of projects related to modernization and reconstruction of buildings and technological lines, as well as new constructions.
Our company has a framework agreement for maintenance of existing facilities, for which the activity has allocated appropriate resources.
The most important projects for us are:
- Reconstructions in substations №№ 1, 2, 14. Dismantling and installation works. Replacement of medium and low voltage equipment. Compensating the reactive energy on the medium voltage side.
- Modernization of 0.4 kV power supply and electrical installations in plant units: Column, Lime, Calcination and Bicarbonate station, VRPGS station, Warehouse & Compressor etc.
- Modernization of technological lines for the production of soda ash, and those in the station Extinguishing Lime. Construction and installation works according to the project parts Electrical and Instrumentation. Deliveries of electrical equipment. Commissioning.
- Reconstruction of electrostatic precipitators EF 1-12. Reconstructions of vacuum filters VF 2-10 and lime kilns VP-3 and VP-7. Implementation of projects part Electrical and Instrument. Replacement of equipment.
